- Olive oil
- 2 cut onions
- 1 kg peeled and cut zucchini
- 200 gms mushroom
- 1 litre water
- 2 Maggie soup cubes(optional)
- Salt very little
Sauté cut onions with olive oil. Add 1 kg cleaned & diced zucchini to it. Then add 200 gms mushrooms. Sauté everything for some time. After that add water and Maggie soup cubes. Put everything in a pressure cooker and remove after 7-8 whistles. Mix it well till vegetables are smashed, and then freeze it.
When you want to have the soup, remove it from the freezer and heat it on the flame, put off the flame and then add little salt and slowly add skimmed milk.
