The focus of the Cardiac Rehabilitation program is not just on exercise but to change one’s lifestyle and risk factors to achieve a long and healthy life free of heart diseases. The program is aimed at reducing your future risk of heart problems through medical evaluation, prescribed exercises, lifestyle modifications and diet counseling.
