Our Fat Loss Program with Risk Factor Reduction (FLEX-RF) incorporates specific diet and exercise to help target these issues and achieve fat loss.

The FLEX-RF program works on the scientific concept of heart and overall health fitness through lifestyle modifications, a key factor for rehabilitation and even reversal of lifestyle diseases. It helps in lowering the individual’s risk factor level and medication through diet correction and exercise under medical guidance. Our Dial-a-Diet distant diet programs are lifestyle oriented where consultation is given on fat loss.

Specially created for those who can not attend the clinic. Diet and lifestyle consultation over telephone/e-mail or skype.

These programs are based on the individual’s medical parameters with diets prepared for the program period so as to ensure the indivdual leads a healthy lifestyle and achieves maximum results. Dial-a-Diet distant diet programs are conducted over the phone or through email thereby giving the individual freedom of movement throughout the program period.
